Valley Ranch Keeps Growing

Valley Ranch will continue to evolve as new districts take shape. Each addition will build on what’s already established, bringing Signorelli’s vision for a connected, opportunity-rich destination to life.

The future of Valley Ranch is not defined by a single project or finish line. It is an ongoing expression of what was first envisioned: an interconnected ecosystem where people, businesses, and ideas can grow together. And Valley Ranch’s story is still being written! Now’s the time to be a part of what’s next.

A Bigger Vision from the Beginning

Danny Signorelli founded Signorelli in 1994 with an entrepreneurial spirit and a belief in what land could become.

That vision grew into a company with the expertise to bring entire communities to life—homes, shopping, dining, workplaces and experiences that strengthen one another. Valley Ranch puts that vision into action, demonstrating what’s possible when you plan for the bigger picture and stay committed to it.

The Land. The Vision. The Beginning.

When Signorelli purchased Valley Ranch in 2003, the vision stretched far beyond the land itself. It established the foundation of a long-term vision grounded in thoughtful planning, meaningful growth and lasting value for the community.

From the beginning, Valley Ranch was imagined as more than a collection of individual projects. Every neighborhood and district moves Valley Ranch toward an interconnected destination bringing together homes, commerce, entertainment, amenities and experiences in a place designed to grow with the region.

The First Homes. Valley Ranch Comes to Life.

Valley Ranch’s first homes debuted in 2005, marking the transition from a planned development into a community people could call home.

Behind that milestone, road and utility improvements laid the groundwork for continued growth, supporting both the neighborhoods ahead and the broader destination Valley Ranch would become.

Randall Reed Stadium

In 2012, Signorelli sold 28.5 acres to New Caney ISD for a stadium that would give the growing community a new place to rally.

Opening in 2014 as Texan Drive Stadium and now known as Randall Reed Stadium, it brought the energy of Friday night lights to Valley Ranch. With every packed stadium and hometown win, Valley Ranch became a place people could take pride in and call their own.

Grand Parkway Construction Begins

Grand Parkway construction began in 2014, improving Valley Ranch’s visibility and access while strengthening its position within one of Greater Houston’s fastest-growing regions.

Alongside I-69, the new roadway helped unlock the next phase of Valley Ranch’s story. With infrastructure in place, the community was able to expand beyond residential neighborhoods and establish the commercial, entertainment and mixed-use districts envisioned from the start.

Valley Ranch Town Center Takes Shape

Valley Ranch Town Center began welcoming shoppers in 2016, with Academy Sports + Outdoors opening first and major retailers including Kroger and Hobby Lobby helping establish its draw.

Town Center established the commercial heart of Valley Ranch, a place designed not only to serve residents but also to attract visitors from across the region. Retail, dining and everyday conveniences began creating the activity and energy that would support the broader Valley Ranch ecosystem.

Multifamily Living Expands the Community

The Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center opened in 2020 as construction continued on The Gregory, expanding the choices for people ready to make Valley Ranch home.

With residential, commercial and community uses continuing to develop together, Valley Ranch’s live-work-play model became more visible. The community was no longer growing in a single direction; it was becoming a more complete destination with different ways to live, connect and enjoy.

The Entertainment District Expands

Construction began in 2025 on the East Montgomery County Improvement District’s 210,000-square-foot convention center, setting the stage for conferences, competitions, celebrations and visitors from well beyond the region.

Alongside Hope Media Group’s planned Ministry & Media Center, this milestone expands the Entertainment District’s reach. Business, media and major events add new dimensions to Valley Ranch, bringing more people, more activity and more reasons to experience the destination.

The Next Chapter Begins

The introduction of the 55-acre Commerce District in 2026 marks another major step in Valley Ranch’s evolution, pairing commercial development with plans for multifamily living.

As plans advance across retail, wellness, entertainment and residential districts, the bigger picture becomes clearer: a destination where businesses can grow alongside the people they serve. Each addition builds on the activity already here and expands what Valley Ranch can offer the region.
