Valley Ranch Town Center

Shop, dine and be entertained in Town Center! With completion of the Grand Parkway at the entrance to Valley Ranch slated for completion in 2015, development of the 240-acre Valley Ranch Town Center will soon be underway.  This major epicenter for fun and activity will bring shopping, dining and entertainment to residents of Valley Ranch within minutes. A total of 1.5 million square feet of shops and restaurants is planned, plus a 10,000-seat amphitheater, a multi-attraction entertainment venue, 1,000 multi-family residences and the newly-opened 8,500-seat Texan Drive Stadium at New Caney ISD. Anchor stores for Town Center include a 123,000-square-foot Kroger Marketplace and a 136,000-square-foot Sam’s Club, with many more to come.

Shopping & Dining

Deerbrook Mall, located just minutes from Valley Ranch, offers major department stores including Macy’s, Dillards, JCPenney, Forever 21 and Sears along with 175 other popular stores and eateries. The mall also features AMC Deerbrook 24, a state-of-the-art cinema.

Area power centers such as Deerbrook Marketplace and Deerbrook Plaza combine the convenience of large retailers like Best Buy, Old Navy and Academy with restaurant dining such as Outback Steakhouse and TGI Fridays. Kingwood Commons offers boutique shopping at stores like Ann Taylor Loft, Bombay, and James Avery plus casual dining at restaurants including Carrabba’s and Pei Wei.

Immediately surrounding Valley Ranch are all the stores and services needed for a convenient family lifestyle including Home Depot, a Kroger Signature store and Wal-Mart Supercenter along with dry cleaners, pharmacies, ice cream shops, banks, gas stations and professional offices.

Outdoor Recreation

Boating, fishing, camping, hunting, hiking and horseback riding are all within easy reach from Valley Ranch. Just minutes away is 12,000-acre Lake Houston, a major recreational lake. 43,000-acre Lake Livingston and 21,000-acre Lake Conroe are other nearby lakes. Sam Houston National Forest is an outdoor playground, and children can enjoy a natural learning experience at Jesse Jones Nature Center situated on the Spring Creek Greenway.

Golfers have easy access to more than 250 greens at the acclaimed Tour 18 Golf Course and Cypresswood Golf Club, voted #1 daily fee course in the Houston area by the Houston Chronicle for four consecutive years. Both courses are less than 20 minutes from Valley Ranch.
