Valley Ranch Town Center Announces Victoria’s Secret, HomeGoods, Other Top Retailers

THE WOODLANDS, TX – (August 2022) – Valley Ranch Town Center, North Houston’s premier shopping destination, has only a handful of retail opportunities remaining after the addition of six new stores.
The new retailers — Victoria’s Secret, HomeGoods, Crumbl Cookies, Saltgrass Steak House, Raising Cane’s, and CareNow Urgent Care — reflect the variety of stores, restaurants and services found at the 1.5 million-square-foot center, which is a centerpiece of the 1,400-acre Valley Ranch master-planned community.
“Valley Ranch Town Center currently ranks fourth among the Houston area’s open-air shopping centers in number of visitors, and with additions such as these, it will only continue in popularity,” said Ralph Ireland, Senior Vice President of Commercial and Residential Development of The Signorelli Company, which is developing the Valley Ranch master-planned community.
Two large retailers — Victoria’s Secret and HomeGoods will occupy more than 28,000 square feet in Valley Ranch Town Center. HomeGoods is planning to open a 23,018-square-foot store in November. Victoria’s Secret has leased 5,000 square feet next to Target, now under construction. Victoria’s Secret is slated to open in 2023.
Healthcare will be available seven days a week at CareNow Urgent Care, which will have a 4,000-square-foot office within Valley Ranch Town Center. An opening date has not yet been set.
Three exciting new restaurants will join Valley Ranch Town Center including Saltgrass Steak House which will start construction this fall on a 5,900-square-foot restaurant, along with Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, which will open a 3,181-square-foot store. Both are slated to open in 2023. Crumbl Cookies is bringing its award-winning milk chocolate chip cookie and weekly rotating menu to a 1,280-square-foot store early next year.
“These are excellent additions that complement the current offerings found in Valley Ranch Town Center,” Ireland said.
Valley Ranch Town Center is now home to more than 85 restaurants, stores, and services, including a 123,000-square-foot Kroger and an upcoming 134,856-square-foot Target.
In all, Valley Ranch will offer 3.5 million square feet of retail, office, entertainment, restaurant, and mixed-use spaces, located on more than 1,400 acres along the Grand Parkway and Interstate 69.
“The town center is in an excellent location with strong demographics,” Ireland said. “We are excited to offer residents and the greater community high quality retail options.” Limited retail opportunities and pad sites remain.

Valley Ranch Town Center is a significant feature of the 1,400-acre Valley Ranch master-planned community which also includes a medical district, marketplace, on-site schools, the 8,500-seat Randall Reed Stadium, and an entertainment district in addition to over 2,000 single- and multi-family homes.
